The only positive is I knew where to go and who to go to for help. I called Steve and told him what happened and would like the same exact car. He said they did not have any in stock but he would see what he could do. He called within an hour to say he located one and do I want to proceed with the purchase. I said yes and he said he would pick up the car the next day and have it ready by the afternoon. He knew how uncomfortable I was in driving the rental. He picked me up at my home and brought me to the dealership to get the new car. Even though it was the same car he went over everything just to make sure I understood. He introduced me to the service mangers. Also a very pleasant experience working with Michael Fazio o the financing. More

When we signed the obligatory sheets such as the "Lemon Law" notice, a "Nitrogen Protection Product Guarantee" sheet was included for signature as well. Since we signed the order, we felt that we had no recourse, although we were not told this added $129 'guarantee' was OPTIONAL! More

I live in PA and saw the car advertised online and thought I would take a look. I walked out with the car and not because I felt pressured to do so. It was because they offered me a value unmatched by any other dealer in the NJ/PA area and there are at least 10-12 Subaru dealers closer to my home (and this is an Acura dealer). I like to try different makes of cars and will now seriously consider Acura for my next purchase. More
