Was not pushy took the time to explain about the car and its features. I have been a Honda owner for years and wanted to try something different. I have the car a few days and are very happy with it. Love the way it handles the road and feel very safe. All the technology is a little overwhelming, but enjoying learning it all. The lease experience was not as stressful as it was in the past. Fair price--no pressure to either upgrade or "close the deal". Finance department-Mike Fazio was also helpful regarding finance options. "In-house" car registration was another plus. They honored their word in what was quoted over the phone, and closed the deal quickly. I have to say it was one of the most enjoyable experiences at a car dealership (I have had many bad ones at others). They exceeded my expectations on almost every aspect of the process from start to finish. got me the right payment, excellent finance rate, offered everything that was available to me for the new vehicle, and did it all with a professional and kind approach. The dealership itself it very nice and they offered drinks and snacks to all customers weather waiting for service or sales. I highly recommend Acura of Denville and will definitely do business with them again, no question in my mind. All of the other staff was helpful and friendly, as well as knowledgeable of the vehicles that were available. I cannot comment on service (mechanics shop) because i have not used them yet, but i will be going in for 2 complimentary oil changes and tire rotation that was given with the used vehicle purchase. A+++ rating in my eyes and from my experience. More
