Great service I have a 2006 tl that I needed to retrieve my navigation codes because I changed the battery. I called first and the service lady Dana told me how to retrieve it and when I have the numbers they needed. They would be able to give me the codes for free.. I was not able to get them so I had to go to the dealer. I went there and the spoke to Matt at service who tried also. For some reason it could not be retrieved in the easy manner. So we talked and I need to do the timing belt on my car anyway. He told me the price. He gave me a coupon for the work and retrieved my codes for free. They also had a CHOICE of loaner cars. Which do to my work schedule I would not be able to return for a few days. There was no hassle no fuss and that was very very helpful. My car was done the same day. For the price quoted, washed and vacuumed. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday morning, my car was done Wednesday evening and I was able to return the loaner car on Monday without a problem!! Their staff was very professional and the waiting area was clean and very inviting with a full assortment of food, juice and water. I would recommend everyone to do business there as they have gained a loyal customer in me. More

The car is amazing and Glenn walked me through everything the car has to offer. Glenn was patient and kind and I couldn't have asked for more from a salesperson. The customer service experience he delivered was impeccable. While finalizing the paperwork, I realized that my lease term was for 39 months though I had agreed on 36 with Jane who is the manager. When I asked her why it was 39 she told me we agreed to it on the phone. I admit I was a little blindsided and annoyed after already being there for 45 minutes and unable to go to another dealership because it was late in the evening so I just agreed and moved on to get the whole process over and done with. While it wasn't a serious blindside, it definitely left me feeling annoyed with my experience with Jane. All in all, I would still rate the entire experience as a good one and would still recommend the dealership to my friends and family. I would just strongly urge they review the terms especially when discussing something over the phone with Jane. More
