I developed a quick trust in both him and the dealership. Michael Schaffer accompanied me on my test drive. He explained the features on the TLX model and walked me through the myriad of technology settings. Quite patient and very knowledgeable. His friendly, non-pressured presentation convinced me that I chose the right dealership. And finally, I completed the process with Michael Fazio who took me through the financing paperwork to complete the sale. Very efficient. All in all, very pleased with the entire process. More
