The minute my dad and I walked in, we instantly got this warm and welcoming vibe from the staff. Steve is so knowledgeable on the cars inside and out, and made me feel so at ease on our test drive! He didn't make us feel pressured at all and allowed my family and I to discuss our thoughts privately. He was quick to answer our questions and patient as we waited for the insurance binder to be faxed over. I am very excited to be driving my beautiful new RDX, and look forward to returning to the dealership for oil changes/tire rotations as all the staff members were welcoming and friendly.
