I had several issues that needed to be looked at with my car. When I showed up to drop my car off they had a courtesy car ready for me and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. The next day I got a call with what they found and approved the repairs. They explained that they needed to order some of the parts. Two days later they called to tell me the car was ready. When I went to pick up my car I was happily surprised to find that the technician Bill addressed another small issue that wasn't even on the list of things to look at and I wasn't charged for it. What blew me away was the fact that I received a phone call from the general sales manager Frankie and he worked out a deal I couldn’t refuse. He surprised me with how much knowledge he had on complex financial concepts that I deal with at my job.
