When Steve and his team found that the car had some flaws with the paint, he was forthright about the issue and in the end, it wasn't something that was saleable. Steve worked endlessly to find me the right solution. This will not be the last time I use Steve, Mike and the whole crew at Acura of Denville. More

My concerns quickly disappeared after speaking with several members of the sales staff and management, who went out of their way to make the entire process pain-free. Between the internet sales manager, business manager, and senior sales consultant, they showed patience every step of the way, explaining the options in the vehicle, how the base value of the vehicle was determined, riding along for a test drive without pressuring me or trying to up-sell any frivolous services or warranties, and explaining the process of financing and calculating numbers and variables until I felt comfortable with the terms. They made sure to follow up after the sale was complete, making sure I was happy with my vehicle and that I had received all of the necessary documents and registration paperwork. It was a great experience overall, and I look forward to returning for any needed services. More
