Bait and switch I was looking for a lease price on an MDX. Megan Pakenham sent me a quote that seemed great but it did not include taxes and first month. I spend about an hour emailing back and forth, each time she tried to get a deposit of out me saying "if I can do that price, would you put down a deposit?" I kept asking to confirm the price, she kept saying give me a deposit. I said that I would give a deposit but I need to see the car first and that I could come in 2 days. I said "this better not be a bait and switch if I am going to travel to you." She then responded with a price $85 more a month than was discussed. This is why people hate car dealerships. More

I didn't feel pressure, which has been my experience in the past .Steve was very friendly and patient with me explaining the features. I ask him to run some numbers and get back to me, I returned that evening to test drive the car. They did not have the color I would be interested in so Steve located one for me. Needless to say I bought a new 2019 and it was the best experience purchasing a car I have ever had. From the service department to sales the process was efficient and simple. I don't remember the service personnel's name but the fact that they were so efficient and friendly actually made the experience one in which prompted me to buy from this dealer. More
