As always I wanted to shop the deal around which is now made easier through internet sales. I was extremely surprised when my request was answered by Frankie who is the general sales manager. It was nice to know I was dealing with the person who makes the final decisions. Within in a few emails we had a deal ready and a couple hours later we had our NEW car! Frankie made us feel at home, he greeted us the minute we walked through the doors, offered us food/drinks, and was very personable. Pete went through the new Car and its features in detail, he was the best! This was by far the fastest and most seamless car deal I have ever been through! No pain & suffering by dragging everything out. Picking up the car was the same. No time wasted, explained the various features of the vehicle, discussed different insurance options without pressure & was done. In addition, he followed up the next day offering assistance as we have questions. This was proof that car shopping doesn't have to be a painful, dragged out process. More
