The paperwork was easy and the car was delivered quickly and in excellent condition just as it was described. There was a mix up on the user’s manual getting lost somewhere in transit, and Rory ordered a new one for me right away – a good example of their great customer service. Nice inventory, fair pricing, good clean vehicles and a fair trade-in. I bought the first SUV I drove! Steve really knows his stuff. No games...let me repeat...NO GAMES! I picked up my Rogue on a day Steve was off and everything went seamlessly. Mr Finance(👍), Ed, completed my loan paperwork. When we were finishing up, I mentioned I was going to order WeatherTech floor liners and Ryan Rittberg pitched in and said he could get them for me a little cheaper. I had a few questions about my Rogue and another associate helped me out. Customer service is alive and well at Autosource! Perfect, smooth all the way though I was very reluctant to buy an electric car from a non-dealer. I was concerned that if something went wrong, could and would these people take care of I was very reluctant to buy an electric car from a non-dealer. I was concerned that if something went wrong, could and would these people take care of it. The car I bought was the deluxe model and $2000 less that the offers at the dealership for the basic model. I was preparing myself by thinking that if this car needs $2000 worth of repairs then I would still be ok. I waited a couple of months to do this review. I was going to wait until their 3 month warranty ran out ... but everything has been perfect. From the first visit, though the financing and until now.... perfect. Steve Feutz More
