Just before Christmas I went into Autosource to look at a 2009 BMW z4. I've owned one before and of all the cars I've driven over the past 57 years, it was my all time favorite! Having retired a decade ago, 2009 BMW z4. I've owned one before and of all the cars I've driven over the past 57 years, it was my all time favorite! Having retired a decade ago, I didn't see any means of purchasing or financing another one because of my low income and credit score. When I went in I explained to the salesman, Ray Wolmers, that I really didn't want to waste his time because I doubted that they could do anything for me, but that if he wouldn't mind taking the time I would like to give it a shot. In spite of that he was extremely patient and respectful. It took a little while, but working with Mr. Wolmers and the owner, they came up with a plan that was better than I was actually expecting! And to be honest I consider it a gift because there was no way it should have happened! I can't tell you how grateful I am for their willingness to go the extra mile (so to speak, lol) and make it happen - - and how happy I was to drive it home the same day!! At the time of this writing I've now been driving the car for about a month and whenever I've had a question, Ray has responded immediately. I couldn't be more satisfied with a sales rep or a dealership. More
I would like to extend a big mahalo to Mike my salesman and to the owner, Rima. His sales staff was professional and made the whole experience painless. I highly recommend them for your automobile needs. and to the owner, Rima. His sales staff was professional and made the whole experience painless. I highly recommend them for your automobile needs. Since I am looking for an older, "retirement truck" that I want to turn into a hotrod, I've recieved about a dozen emails with some nicely partial and fully completed Chevy C-10s that are looking good! No I want to turn into a hotrod, I've recieved about a dozen emails with some nicely partial and fully completed Chevy C-10s that are looking good! No more scouring the internet for hours on end looking for a truck as they all come to my inbox! Great idea, and I'm finding more and more shops/dealerships that have completed trucks ready to go! I have a jumbo CD that matures this December, so I will be shopping! More
**do not make the same mistake i did** if i could give them no stars then i would! bought a car from this company in april 2022 through the carousel leasing program. experienced problems with the first ca them no stars then i would! bought a car from this company in april 2022 through the carousel leasing program. experienced problems with the first car i leased (tesla model 3). car was unable to charge in public charging stations. i addressed the situation with maureen (leasing manager), she seemed very uneducated on the tesla features and always busy to answer any of my questions. decided i didn't wanna deal with the car so a couple thousand dollars later i traded it to a model x. after 1 month of driving the new vehicle i get overcharged $200 more a month on what i was expected to pay. they made an error on my mothly payments but seems like no one was educated enough to give me an answer right away. they later reimbursed after many back and forth conversations. then i experienced, air suspension compressor disabled which causes the car to not lift to normal driving height. i addressed maureen once again, she passed me along to carlos who wasn't educated well enough in this department and told me i could only bring in my car to service on sundays which doesn't make sense at all. its an inconvenience to me that we invest in all this money to drive nice cars, for it to be running like trash! i tried to see what my options were but maureen doesn't know how to provide quality service to her clients. she doesn't respond back to any text/calls in a timely manner, but yet shes the only one that can handle scenario's like this. today i went in, in hopes we could work something out because it was an inconvenience to me. finally got a chance to speak with maureen today in person and she was not helpful in anyway and even told me to just end the lease. like seriously? i gave them so much business and this is how they treat their clients? so, since she stated that to me, the situation escalates and now im talking with rima (owner). at this point, im not interested in even continuing doing business with them! ive known rima for years and he didn't even get my name right! he basically sat there making excuses and blaming everything on his associates. like he needs take accountability and obviously educate his employees better!! this place is only concerned about $$$ when they should be more focused on building better relationships with their clients!! take this as a lesson learned and don't make the same mistake i did! if you want to be valued, then take your business elsewhere!! My wife and I purchased a minivan from Auto Source in July of 2021, which was needed for work transportation. During the purchase of the car, it was agreed that certain things would be fixed within a cou July of 2021, which was needed for work transportation. During the purchase of the car, it was agreed that certain things would be fixed within a couple of days, then we would pick up the car. Auto Source ended up keeping the car for couple weeks. Because of this, we had to pay for a rental car, which was not reimbursed. Additionally, not all the agreed upon repairs were fixed and the car was left filthy inside. Over a month later, they agreed to take the car and fix the remaining agreed upon issues and provide a loner car while those issues were being fixed. When my wife arrived to drop off our purchased van and pick up the loner car, they informed her that as of the previous day, a new rule was created and loner cars could be kept for no longer than 2 days, regardless of how long repairs take. This information was not communicated to my wife when she spoke with someone the previous day to confirm the appointment. Also, the loner car was not ready and my wife had to wait for over 2 hours. The manager was very rude without providing any information on when the loaner car would be ready and stated that she could just leave. When my wife was finally given the loner car, it was dirty, with many things broken and taken apart as if it was currently being worked on. When my wife went to return the loaner car and pick up our believed to be completed car, the doors on the loaner car would not unlock. The loner car only had remote locks, no physical key or keyhole. She texted the owner (Rima) explaining the doors would not unlock and there was only a remote with no physical key. She also included a picture of the remote key to illustrate her point. The owner’s (Rima’s) response was to explain to my wife how keys go into keyholes, then get turned, and that’s how a lock works. My wife again reiterated there was no physical key, only a button on a remote. When I stepped in and spoke to the owner, a locksmith was sent out to fix the issue. Upon return of the loaner car, the repairs on our car was still not complete. The tire pressure light was still illuminated and the AC still had electrical issues. They stated that the tire pressure would need to be fixed by an outside source, which they would schedule and then let us know. They stated that the AC electrical issues could not be fixed until parts arrived and they would let us know when the parts arrived. I have held off writing about this experience because I wanted to give them the opportunity to fix these issues, but is has now been 6 months since the purchase of the vehicle. We have had no communication from them since August 19, 2021 when we returned the loner car and picked up our incomplete van. There are numerous other things wrong with the van that were not disclosed and at the time of purchase. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my purchase from Auto Source and the entire experience. DO NOT BUY from Auto Source More

I called ahead regarding a 2013 Jeep w/ 77000 miles on it. It did have quite a few additions but part of the interior was in really rough shape. I dealt with a very nice salesman and we went for a drive. I then told them we would return the next day (with my husband) to complete the deal. I proceeded to get a phone call after I left, excited that I finally found “my Jeep” and they told me they could no longer offer it to me. A specific manager (very nicely) proceeded to tell me that it was an internal concern that they priced the Jeep incorrectly and will be taking it off the market until they can figure out who made the pricing mistake. He then proceeded to tell me that when something comparable comes in that he would notify me. So now, even though the Jeep has been for sale at a lesser price for a very long time, all of a sudden since we are interested the price will go up. This is a very shady situation and we will never return to this location. Unless, the phantom Jeep they showed me becomes available again at the original asking price and they make things right. Unbelievable waste of time. He also tried to convince me he initially kept the sale open for me and then said he advertised it incorrectly and that by far was not true either. Shame on you for offering vehicles under false pretenses. An absolute waste of my time. Driving from Koolina, in the rain... for false advertising and an unavailable Jeep. More
