The salesman was helpful and friendly. I was told by finance the car was ready for pickup, then it was not, then it was and again it was not but by this time I had already traveled an hour I was told by finance the car was ready for pickup, then it was not, then it was and again it was not but by this time I had already traveled an hour and he was very rude. It was not until I got to finance where they add a completely different price to the contract. When it was pointed out I was taken with the finance manager who said the price listed online and on the car was wrong and they will not lose money on it. He said the salesman had no authority to give pricing or any other info other than talk about the car itself. He was rude and condescending. By Monday, this was Friday, they agreed to honor the price. The car was bought brand new and was in the showroom, however, the seat control is broken and the tire sensors on all four tires continue to come on even after being found “ok” at the service appointment.
