The salesman was helpful and friendly. It was not until I got to finance where they add a completely different price to the contract. When it was pointed out I was taken with the finance manager who said the price listed online and on the car was wrong and they will not lose money on it. He said the salesman had no authority to give pricing or any other info other than talk about the car itself. He was rude and condescending. By Monday, this was Friday, they agreed to honor the price. The car was bought brand new and was in the showroom, however, the seat control is broken and the tire sensors on all four tires continue to come on even after being found “ok” at the service appointment. The day prior to my arrival at the dealership. I contacted the agent and informed him of my desire to examine the vehicle in question. [My travel time is approximately one hour one way] I then sta I contacted the agent and informed him of my desire to examine the vehicle in question. Upon arrival I was later approached by the agent only to be informed that the vehicle was at another location. This resulted in over an additional hour of time waiting to see the vehicle. I had to return on Monday to complete the transaction. Once again I contacted the salesperson and stated the approximate time which I would arrive. I arrived on site approximately 5 minutes later than the estimated time due to traffic. I made contact with persons on site only to be told that the salesman had gone to lunch. I was made to wait for over hour past the time which I expected to meet with the salesman. It appears to me that little to no consideration was given to my time. It took less than ten minutes to complete the required transaction. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!! More
