It all begins with our vast inventory. We’ve recently moved our lot from Addison, Texas to Plano, in hopes of expanding both our inventory and services. Total experience was absolutely horrible from start to finish I feel bad for anyone that gets Douglass as a their service advisor. Rita was helpful however she isn’t service advisor so I couldn’t deal with her directly. I’ve never had such a poor experience in my life at a dealership as I encountered there and I really can’t even put all of this into words my take away. To make matters worse about nothing not even being fixed on my car. The day I picked it up how disgusting it looked like it was covered in dirt and mud and just been sitting up. It wasn’t washed or anything adds on more to how they didn’t care one bit. I have experienced the same issue I brought the car in for service originally for Service Electronic Throttle but all they can tell me if the codes aren’t appearing there’s nothing they do. So I don’t know if this particular car was a good choice just due it to being difficult to work on. More
