It all begins with our vast inventory. We’ve recently moved our lot from Addison, Texas to Plano, in hopes of expanding both our inventory and services. The car is in overall great shape and I'm very happy with it. The folks at Autos of Dallas are pleasant to work with and answered all my questions. I noticed after I left however that my rear tires were bald it. The folks at Autos of Dallas are pleasant to work with and answered all my questions. I noticed after I left however that my rear tires were bald on the inside to the point of showing the steel wire. I didn't notice this before because the car desperately needed an alignment, meaning the outside of the tires looked fine. The front tires were also the wrong size, so I ended up having to replace all 4 tires. My understanding is the car has been at this dealership for several months so it's certainly an oversight that could happen from time to time. Likely the car arrived to them with plenty of tread on the tires, but over the course of other test drives, the tire's tread wore down. Perhaps they could more regularly inspect their cars but overall I'm still very happy with my experience. More

I actually got bought my car at their Plano location. My experience has been exceptional. Rassan was very straight forward and thorough. Paired me up with a fantastic BME 330i. After my purchase the service team scheduled my car for ceramic coating and also protectant for my interior. Going back early next week to get my wheels refurbished. All of this was complimentary. I was so disappointed by Autos of Dallas. I tried to buy the truck from them and they manipulated the price to be $3,000 more with all the added fees. They were not helpful, not responsive I tried to buy the truck from them and they manipulated the price to be $3,000 more with all the added fees. They were not helpful, not responsive and oddly I got the sense they didn’t care if they sold me the truck or not. I do not recommend this dealership. More
