It all begins with our vast inventory. We’ve recently moved our lot from Addison, Texas to Plano, in hopes of expanding both our inventory and services. A complete scam. They will talk a good game, but can't be trusted to deliver on both verbal and written promises. Waited over one week for vehicle to be delivered d They will talk a good game, but can't be trusted to deliver on both verbal and written promises. Waited over one week for vehicle to be delivered despite telling us at closing that it would ship in a day or two. We called to check on status and were told that vehicle was being detailed. Vehicle was delivered in a condition where it was obvious that no work was performed. Other issues were also experienced when it was delivered and dealership absolved themselves completely of any responsibility. More
