I recently purchased a 2022 Audi Q3 from Autos of Dallas, and while the initial buying process seemed smooth, my experience quickly soured due to pricing transparency issues. The most concerning issue was a $1,999 charge for a 3-year GPS warranty that was never disclosed at the time of signing. Since Audi already provides this service, and my insurance fully covers theft, this charge was completely unnecessary. I visited the dealership to address this, but they refused to provide a refund, despite the clear overcharge. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to resolve an unfair charge makes it hard to trust their pricing practices. If you’re considering buying from Autos of Dallas, be extremely cautious and review every charge carefully before signing. What seems like a good deal upfront may come with hidden fees they won’t be willing to correct later. More

We bought a beautiful Land Rover from Cayman at Autos of Dallas in Irving. We showed up late one evening around 6 pm. Took the car for a test drive. It was a very easy transaction. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They have a lot of really beautiful cars on their lot to choose from.
