After we drove two hours in rain and gridlocked traffic, upon arrival the salesman had us waiting 15 minutes as he could not immediately locate the vehicle which had engine noises and a subpar interior. Cannot be trusted. Despite asking several times and being assured of how great the car was, despite telling them I had to drive 2+ hours to get there so I had to have clear information to avoid a wasted trip assured of how great the car was, despite telling them I had to drive 2+ hours to get there so I had to have clear information to avoid a wasted trip, they gave excuses for not sending out a carfax (business policy!) and made me waste a day- only to find out the car was involved in a wreck and had obvious and shoddy repairs done. Their excuse- it didn't have a salvage title! Expect a less than honest used-car dealer who don't care for your time and need. More

Such an awful experience. I feel foolish for not doing my research on this place before coming. Every negative review is true. They are scammers. Ron was acting sketchy from the very beginning, being very fi research on this place before coming. Every negative review is true. They are scammers. Ron was acting sketchy from the very beginning, being very fidgety (had 4 large cups of wawa coffee on his desk) and not very knowledgeable. I should have RAN. Again, foolish of me. LONG story short, my loan was messed up because they doubled my salary and when the bank did the employment verification and got my real salary, the loan fell through. They had no problem pointing all their fingers at me because I signed the paperwork with my salary doubled. Yes, I did. Again, foolish. However, I pointed it out to Ron and told him it was not right BEFORE I signed and that I was worried that they doubled it. He assured me that it was fine and it would "play in my favor". So alas I signed.. He *texted* me a week later demanding I come in to resign the paperwork. At this point I did not know what was going on, and he would not explain to me exactly why. I live an hour away, if you can't even explain to me what is going on NICELY, you need not to be a salesman. So I stopped responding to him and called up there and spoke to Rose. She was very nice, very understanding, understood my frustration, and she was the one that actually explained to me why I needed to come back. I dealt with her for a hot second when I got there and then she passed me over to Chris the sales manager. He and my boyfriend had a little spat because clearly THEY messed up, but he rebuttled very quickly that I signed the paperwork. And continued to explain that all dealerships do this LOLOLOL. REALLY. So fraud is a common practice? Good to know. AND THEN told me he could get me a tow truck to take my trade in home because we had already turned in the tags believing that everything was fine. So to wrap up, I just wanted to get out of there. My payment went up because of this, whatever. And I also found out that Ron gave me a $4,000 warranty that he did NOT explain to me. The car came with the Ford warranty, I did not need anything else. Again, foolish of me. I learned a HUGE life lesson at this awful establishment. Please please please steer clear of this place. It is not worth it, unless you have dealt with places like this before and know when to call their bluff. As another reviewer said, this will be going to the attorney general. More
We purchased a 2019 Dodge Charger from here with less than 9000 miles. We forewent the extended/added warranty because the vehicle should have been under factory warranty still. Less than 2 weeks after purchasing this vehicle it is now in the shop for an engine light. The service shop has advised an axel is broken, evap line is broken, alignment needs to be done, shocks are damaged, and they have not even completed a tear down for additional damage. We were advised the vehicle had MINOR damage which, on Carfax, is listed as cosmetic damage. This vehicle should have been listed as MAJOR damage as this is very unsafe to drive. The dealership "got an inspection" on the vehicle on or around 2/15/2021 and it should not have passed safety inspection. I am seeking legal help at this time. DO NOT BUY HERE More
