Disprespectful Worst experience ever! Spoke to Gary over the phone and drove long distance to look at a specific truck. As soon as we arrived, it felt like a sticky Worst experience ever! Spoke to Gary over the phone and drove long distance to look at a specific truck. As soon as we arrived, it felt like a sticky death trap. Gary wasn't up front and open about the process, he suddenly couldn't speak to us about the prices (even though he gave them out over the phone) and he hid that the truck I came to look at wasn't available. We sat for over an hour before being brought out to a junk truck that we didn't ask to see. Disappointed, it took another 20 minutes to leave because he wouldn't give my license back despite asking numerous times! We wasted our time and day, this employee made us feel disrespected by his actions and attitude. As soon as we left, our bank notified us of 7 hard credit runs! Unbelievable! More
