Smiles and excellent service. Only problem was I could not get them to consult with corporate volts wagon due to vehicle having 16,000 miles and the clearcoat on two rims is peeling.. they told me I should contact Volkswagen corporate on my own, even when I ask them to go to bat for me by consulting with corporate.
