My husband and I “thought” we bought a car on Thursday night. There was minor repair needed, we signed the papers and walked out. Saturday morning we received a call that the repair required a part to be night. There was minor repair needed, we signed the papers and walked out. Late Tuesday afternoon we called, there was no return call, so my husband drove to the dealer. Come to find out, they sold the car on Monday! So unethical! No consideration, no professionalism! Avoid this dealer! More

When visiting this location my car started having trouble and three of the salesmen came out to the busy Bell Rd at 8pm on a Friday night to push my car onto the side road. It’s the first time I’ve ever been and three of the salesmen came out to the busy Bell Rd at 8pm on a Friday night to push my car onto the side road. This dealership was pretty good. I would not pay the money for a car here until it is completed. They have a great 5 day money back guarantee that starts when you sign the paperwork, I would not pay the money for a car here until it is completed. They have a great 5 day money back guarantee that starts when you sign the paperwork, but they also keep the car to do the “we owe” work so you don’t actually get the car until that guarantee has passed. They also don’t complete the “we owe”. The one item that was on my “we owe” was not completed, and their response was that I should wait a couple days and let them know if it still wasn’t working. I know they just wanted me and the car off the lot. Why the 3 stars? I do like that they are selling decent, older cars for a low price. I bought a car for my kid and didn’t want to pay a lot for it. Not many dealers sell this type of cars. The car is good, but don’t expect more than what you see when you are standing at the car. They don’t fix anything beyond fluid changes and detailing. If you are looking for used cars that are newer and in great condition with nothing really wrong, go elsewhere. More
