This is a terrible dealership. I called about a used Audi I wanted to buy for my son. I asked the salesperson to look it over for any damage prior to driving an hour to the dealers I called about a used Audi I wanted to buy for my son. I asked the salesperson to look it over for any damage prior to driving an hour to the dealership. He convinced me that everything looked great other than a little paint chip in the bumper. When we got there the bumper was bashed in and the little chip was a scratch about 8 inches long. They promised to fix the bumper if I bought the car. When we got the car it was completely dirty. The reason was that there was now paint overspray all over the car! They lied and said there were 2 keys when there was only 1. The tires were mismatched. I’ve since had to order all new tires, there’s a clunk in the transmission and have to order a $500 extra key as well as get the entire car color sanded and buffed out. I’d never do business with Autonation! There’s a right way and a wrong way to do business. They choose the WRONG WAY! More

No more Autonation for me, my family and friends. 1. Sent them an email inquiring about 2 different cars. Salesman called my house and said the Q60 is available. I went there at AutonationUSA Pho 1. Sent them an email inquiring about 2 different cars. Salesman called my house and said the Q60 is available. I went there at AutonationUSA Phoenix, looking for the car. A. Both cars are not there. B. Q60 is at Nissan tempe. C. Was told by the salesman RC-F is sold. 2. In order for me to see the car I need to agree on the monthly payments 1st. (Bad business! If you don’t have the car in the lot don’t put it in your website that it’s in your lot). 3. Pick up the Q60 and it was filthy! Water spots all over the car. The water spots looks like it was sitting there for a while. Now I need to get this professionally detailed to remove all the water spots on it. 4. Finance… I was told that a 2019 Q60 with 36k miles doesn’t have warranty! Was offered a 3 years/60k miles warranty for $5600! I declined… then a few mins later it was 6 years/75k miles and now it’s $3900! xxxx that’s a lot of changes there buddy! I end up not getting a warranty. Full of scam! FYI.. Lexus and infiniti has 4 years 60k / basic warranty and 6 years 75 k powertrain warranty. My advice to them is.. if the car is not in your lot don’t put it in your website that’s it’s there. Also before a salesman says it’s sold please make sure the info is correct! Don’t sell way over priced warranty if you could sell it 30% less with more time covered.. that’s bad business! Chris P. My husband and I “thought” we bought a car on Thursday night. There was minor repair needed, we signed the papers and walked out. Late Tuesday afternoon we called, there was no return call, so my husband drove to the dealer. Come to find out, they sold the car on Monday! So unethical! No consideration, no professionalism! Avoid this dealer! More

When visiting this location my car started having trouble and three of the salesmen came out to the busy Bell Rd at 8pm on a Friday night to push my car onto the side road. It’s the first time I’ve ever been and three of the salesmen came out to the busy Bell Rd at 8pm on a Friday night to push my car onto the side road. It’s the first time I’ve ever been left stranded in my vehicle and I was so thankful to be pushed to safety from the very busy road in the dark.
