Purchased a used car March 30, 2023. My temporary license expired on May 14, 2023. I have reach out multiple times with no response. It’s always “someone will call you back”. Well to My temporary license expired on May 14, 2023. I have reach out multiple times with no response. It’s always “someone will call you back”. Well today I went to the DMV to obtain and pay for out of my own pocket for an additional 30 day temp license. When the DMV looked up the dealer number, it is not even showing as filed with ADOT. To say I’m pissed is an understatement. According to the ADOT, a dealer has 45 days to file the paperwork! xxx! I want that paperwork filed and to be reimbursed for my costs to keep getting temporary license until you do your job. Really trying hard not to take it out on the salespersons that answer the phones as it is not their fault. My salesperson was great, but the leaders and managers at this dealership are shady. More
