Buyer BEWARE if you purchase a used vehicle. The two vehicles we previously inquired about was not there when we arrived at the dealership. Eventually they sold us a Kia Sorento “AS IS”. Whil The two vehicles we previously inquired about was not there when we arrived at the dealership. Eventually they sold us a Kia Sorento “AS IS”. While purchasing the vehicle the staff was friendly and helpful. After our mechanic inspected the Kia Sorento he found bad motor mounts and various other issues. This is when everything changed. Sales will ignore emails and fail to return phone calls. Brenda was not truthful when I finally spoke to her. The dealership will not disclose everything wrong with the vehicle unless it is a safety issue. The vehicle sat for two days until the other service department looked at it to find nothing wrong. There was genuinely good people trying to help but due to company policy they were limited. Their extended warranty company will deny repairs as preexisting. You will need to go through your mechanic and pay out of pocket. More
