Extremely bad experience with the service department. At the time of purchase of my vehicle I was told that the windshield would be replaced but I needed to bring the vehicle back. The car salesman, Keon At the time of purchase of my vehicle I was told that the windshield would be replaced but I needed to bring the vehicle back. The car salesman, Keon, guaranteed me that the windshield would get replaced. I was reached out to by the service manager, Aaron, to bring in my vehicle in 2 weeks. Its been several months that I have been trying to get my windshield replaced and Aaron won't return my phone calls anymore. Keon, the salesman is aware of the issue and has done nothing to help me. Avoid this place, they aren't honest about something as simple as repairing a windshield I wouldn't trust them with anything else. More

Working with AutoNation of Kennesaw was a breathe of fresh air after walking dealer lots for a week straight. When I located the vehicle I was interested in online I reached out to them over the phone and Tad Savell answered the call, his angelic voice put me at ease when he let me know the vehicle was still available and ready for viewing. Not only was the vehicle still available but Tad insisted despite the hour growing late that the staff at AutoNation was ready to make sure I was taken care of, and taken care of I was. After a test drive we got to business, finalizing the price and payment terms. This is where Law Williams, AutoNation of Kennesaw’s finance manager came into the picture. Law was a consummate professional and a terrific conversationalist, I clearly defined what I was able to do that day and he worked diligently with me to make sure I got the best value for my money. When it was all said & done I was able to drive off the lot with a full tank of gas and quite possibly the cleanest detail job in recorded history. I can’t thank Tad, Law & the detailing crew enough for their time and effort in getting us taken care of. More
