Where do I start? First off Tad was great. He understood the market, he took the time to not be the process and allow me the customer make the decision. There was one First off Tad was great. I have dealt with a lot finance managers he was genuine and honest as he can be. I told him where I could be and he got me to it. Not only did i get a great car I got a piece of mind with Gap and where I thought I was going to get a standard 2 year extended warranty I got 3 years. While this sounds simple, it does not explain the terrible situation that I am experiencing, thus my less than stellar attitude regarding my car issue, but Ted’s professionalism and kindness really helped, then Mike went out of his way to get me an answer as soon as possible, as a whole really appreciated these guys.
