Went in for service appointment made 6 months ago. Oil change and tire rotation was all on '18 Tundra purchased there. 3 hours and 15 minutes later, the job was completed. He would find me in showroom or call. 3 hours into the wait, I ask him whats up with the delay on my truck? He said wheel stud broke and taking extra time? I asked why didn't he reach out to me about problem and delay? He claimed to have tried to find me in the showroom and never did try calling. Your first attempt at servicing my vehicle was a flop. I have 5 more prepaid service appointments remaining and have been debating requesting a refund. My time is far more valuable than any excuse you could provide for such a lengthy service wait. Wheel studs typically take 5-30 minutes to replace. Not 2.5 hours. More
