I scheduled an appt to have my rear brakes replaced and was assured that I would get the car back the same day. I dropped it off in the morning and I started calling them around 3pm because I hadn't heard was assured that I would get the car back the same day. I called 2 more times and never received a call back from anyone. At 6pm they finally told me that they had not touched my vehicle all day and they would need to keep it another day. Since I needed it the next day, I picked up my vehicle without any service being done. I was very disappointed with their service. More

Truck was in shop for a month communication was poor did return calls. They would fix a part than say it was another part. when got home the next day part of front console came off and door trimming came lo return calls.
