They replaced my mirror with a black one for my Red Corolla and I was told to get it painted myself. It took hours to understand where the mixup was from. Then I came for an oil change and was offered Corolla and I was told to get it painted myself. It took hours to understand where the mixup was from. Then I came for an oil change and was offered a deal with additives, a buy1-get1 free wiper and alignment. I trusted that I needed all that. I came home and the wiper flew off. I looked at the almost $200 bill and no alignment was done. So how can an oil change and wipers - that fly off- cost $195? More

It simply takes too long to get simple service. I was there for almost 3 hours to get an oil change, tire rotation, etc that I had pre paid when I bought my vehicle. I can get the same service else I was there for almost 3 hours to get an oil change, tire rotation, etc that I had pre paid when I bought my vehicle. I can get the same service elsewhere in less than 30 minutes. Very frustrating. More
