A frustrating and disappointing experience: took my vehicle in for a diagnostic on a noise/potentially loose part. It took two full business days, and three phone calls from me, to even hear anything back - and my vehicle hadn't even been looked at. So, I am left with no information on the status of the vehicle or how long I may be without one, and unable to make necessary plans to get by without a vehicle in the meantime. Maybe there aren't enough staff to keep up, but what is the point of appointments if they aren't being honored? While the staff are all very polite and nice to talk to, this service center needs a better system for customer communication and ensuring customers are get service in order of appointments. More
