Our first experience with AutoNation Toyota Corpus Christi, Loved our sales person, new but knowledgeable, if she didn't know the answer, she found out right away. The final closing still had some add on tries for more money, but not bad. So overall the closing experience was OK, that's the reason for a 4 not 5 star. In years past the closing person at other Dealers was responsible for our walking out on a deal that looked like they would close. So work on "the complany says we have to review these possible extra charges, took some time, we wanted to get going but stayed patient. More
In the past we have had no problems with this dealership but this time I took it in for diagnostic testing for a battery charging message and it was there for two days. It was decided it was the alternator but this time I took it in for diagnostic testing for a battery charging message and it was there for two days. It was decided it was the alternator and because we have an extended warranty they had to file a claim and get an ok to do the work. It was given an ok but they wanted more info and that took another two days. They let me take the vehicle home and I made three calls for an update with no call back. One morning the car would not start so had to get it towed to dealership, where the new alternator had come in. It was installed later that day and The shuttle picked me up to go to the dealership. I signed the papers, the advisor went out to get the car and it wouldn’t start. Had to install a new battery. So right now I am not really very happy with the service but I do really like my Highlander. More

A big thank you to David and Michelle. They kept us up-to-date while waiting for our Rav4 hybrid to arrive. It was a hassle free. We were not gouged or up-charged due to high demand.
