My service writer was on-the-spot even with computers down. Great job. Couldn’t be happier. The service manager however publicly humiliated an employee for being late, asking him loudly what his probl down. Great job. Couldn’t be happier. The service manager however publicly humiliated an employee for being late, asking him loudly what his problems is, and yelling at him with an open door for being sub-par. This is unacceptable and will do nothing to change the employee’s behavior. How could he relate positively to customers when he knows everyone in the service area just heard home getting yelled at? The employee came out in his uniform with his head down. The service manager came out in shorts and t-shirt that did not say “Toyota employee”. The employee went back to work. The manager headed outside. There was only one professional in that exchange. More
I love AutoNation Toyota and have been with them for years. I've never really had any huge issue, but this needed to be addressed. My mom took my car in for service on June 25th for me because I was wor years. I've never really had any huge issue, but this needed to be addressed. My mom took my car in for service on June 25th for me because I was working. She was told all computers were down because of a hacker demanding ransom, but they were still able to do services. Everything just had to be hand written. Service tech, Steve, called me to let me know what was going on. I asked him if it was easier on them if I reschedule. It was not a problem for me and understood. He reassured me to not reschedule and that my service could get done. He said they would have to email me a copy of what was done because they could not print anything. I asked if he was sure and again was reassured it would take an hour to an hour and a half. My mother continued to update me & had not recieved any update while waiting. She saw the workers frantically hand writing orders for cars coming in, but not many were getting picked up. I called and was given Steve's direct number to check on an update. It went to voicemail. I text and never got a response. By this time mom had gotten in line, had been waiting for 3 and a half hours. A elderly white lady who was throwing a fit because of long wait times stormed in and cut in front of her. Steve looked at mom and then proceeded to help the old lady who cut. When it was her turn, she told Steve he should not have taken her and then was told the vehicle had been done for hours. I still have not received a call or text back from Steve. I have still yet to receive the email promised that stated what services were done to my car. This is the poorest service I've ever had at AutoNation Toyota. I understand computers were down; however, I had no issue rescheduling. Please do better. More

Both Abel and Michele did an excellent job of working with me and my budget to get me into a new car when I really needed one. I ended up with a brand new Toyota RAV4 hybrid straight off the truck in tim with me and my budget to get me into a new car when I really needed one. I ended up with a brand new Toyota RAV4 hybrid straight off the truck in time for my cross country move. The car is exactly what I needed, and they made the process straightforward and seamless! I have bought two cars from AutoNation Toyota in Corpus Christi and both experiences have been superior! More
