My first interaction with AutoNation was a phone call. Merissa, a sales associate, took the call. She immediately heard my request and had 2 RAV4 up front and ready for me to look at and test drive. As so Merissa, a sales associate, took the call. She immediately heard my request and had 2 RAV4 up front and ready for me to look at and test drive. As soon as I drove up she was waiting for me.
