Mr. Harold Riley and Mrs. Michelle Adams care about customers. My car shopping criteria: late model used, low mileage, within budget, Honda, Toyota or Mazda, ready in three days . Mr. Riley responded within 3 minutes of my online inquiry with a phone call. Within 10 minutes of that phone call, I had a list of cars to choose from in a email. When I got to the AutoNation Toyota Corpus Christi dealership, Mr. Riley was busy with another customer. He asked Mrs. Adams to help us. Mrs. Adams tagged in with a smile, and then showed us the car (even though it hadn’t been serviced yet from the recent trade in), carfax, pricing and warranty info. She was knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and answered all of our questions. I contacted over 10 car dealers this week in Corpus Christi, San Antonio, Waco, and Dallas. Hands down, AutoNation Toyota had the best customer service. Both of these sales representatives were (and are) professional, honest and attentive. Mr. Riley and Mrs. Adams treated me like I was priority. I purchased a car this morning (5/5/2023). Thank you so much. More

I had a very bad experience at this dealership. They changed their story about what my vehicle needed every time we spoke for the first few times. They blamed bad technicians. I’m too exhausted from the terrible communication and lack of follow through to go into detail. I will say, I had to argue for two days to have them remove a part that I didn’t order, didn’t need and didn’t help my problem. Finally JoJo came through and got me a refund. By that time though, the relationship was destroyed. I still have the same problem but I’m going to find a dealership out of town to help me. I will not go back to this dealership. More
