My key fob remote stopped working. I made an appointment specifically to have my key fob reprogrammed. Those specific words were in the appointment request. Very disappointed w this service experience. My caution light came on for my Toyota. So I brought the car in for service. The rep told me I needed routine maintenance. But I asked why did My caution light came on for my Toyota. So I brought the car in for service. The rep told me I needed routine maintenance. But I asked why did the caution light come on? I agreed to the maintenance, paid over $600 and the. The next day the caution light came on again! What happened! Why couldn’t they find out WHY the caution light was on the first time I brought the car in? Also- the interior of the vehicle was dirty, black handprints on the door and no car wash, no interior “wipe down” as advertised. “Each car is sanitized”. Ha! Very disappointed More
