For the first time in 8. 5 years, my Avalon Hybrid had to be towed to Autonation due to a dead battery. Corpus Christi Autonation Toyota is the worst Toyota Dealer. Warning: do not bring your vehicle to Autonation Service Department. Worst customer service, It is you JEREMY! I brought my vehicle but there Dealer. Warning: do not bring your vehicle to Autonation Service Department. Worst customer service, It is you JEREMY! I brought my vehicle but there was no update, left a messages and still no update. Service advisor xxxxxxxx! I brought my Toyota 4Runner for oil change. When we drove home, about 6 miles from Autonation, the engine stopped. There were no acceleration, brake and power steering. Me and my wife almost hit the light post because we don't have control on the vehicle. I called the dealer to tow my vehicle back to Toyota Autonation. Next thing you know, it was my fault because of radiator leak. But there was no leaks on radiator when we brought it to dealer. There is no leaks also when we drove home. Foremost, you don't let the customer drive the unsafe vehicle. More
