The staff is very professional as well as personable. Michele Adams and her mgr. Albert Castro located the new car we wanted (exact match), negotiated a trade for it, and we purchased it a week or so la Michele Adams and her mgr. They were also able to ensure about $2000 worth of destination "add on's" were not added saving us $2 grand or more. As soon as the car arrived, they tinted the windows and made it available for us to purchase and take home with a great trade in offer for our Lexus. These people are the BEST, no exaggerations intended or needed. NOTE: Our new Venza is a hybrid with one gas engine and three electric motors with combined MPG 39. We run in ECO mode which should boost our MPG to 41 or so. Due to its complexity, we purchased an 8 year 150,000 mile extended warranty which includes towing and rental car with Zero $0 copay. The warranty price was reasonable. The wife feels VERY safe knowing that she can call AutoNation/Toyota any time for assistance with the new car (if needed) for the next 8 or more years. More
I brought my 2021 Sienna in for the 30,000 mile service and told them I’m from out of town and had driven about 2,000 so far with another 1,300 miles ahead of us. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until we got and told them I’m from out of town and had driven about 2,000 so far with another 1,300 miles ahead of us. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until we got back to our home out of state, that I realized , only part of the service was completed. I received an oil change and throttle body clean - which I knew I didn’t really need but whatever, but didn’t get the tires rotated or any of the filters changed. I inspected my filters and they were nasty so I went to my home dealership to do the inspection and tire rotation and I bought all the air filters and install them. I did get a refund but what a big oversight considering I told them about how many miles I’ve been driving and how many more I had a head of us. It made me feel like they didn’t care because I’m from out of town. More
