This was a trouble light visit. Took 3 hours for a scheduled appointment. This long to plug in a diagnostic reader! The dealership started to give me an estimate to repair something that i thought should have been covered by warranty. The 2 -3 hour estimate stretched to 4, but it was a nice day to sit at their outdoor tables and read the book I brought with me. I made it home in time to pick up a student from school. I do think the dealership sends out too many surveys. More

The work was done as expected. However Zack was surprised to see me even though he was assigned to me per the on line appointment at 10:15 which also showed I would wait for work to be done. At 12:30 the mechanic STARTED to work on the car and at 1:30 the car was turned over to me. Basically I wasted 2 hours I do not know why it happened and if it was Zack’s fault.
