Service for Outback Great service. Friendly staff. Found an issue during an oil change and worked around my schedule to get it done. When it was apparent it was going to Great service. The previous dealer was recommending all kinds of things to be replaced as part of my last oil change that it turns out did not need to be replaced. Good experience Car was in for recall and regular service. I asked to take one of the shuttles home as soon as it returned. After waiting over an hour I said I would Uber home because I had to work. About twenty minutes later a very kind man drove me home. I would have used Uber when I turned over my car if I knew I had to wait that long. An update would have helped. More annoying, was being called ‘honey’ and ‘sweetie’ by my young service agent. I’m fine with him forgetting my name, and/or calling me by my first name. I don’t need formality. This was weird. More

Bob Baker Subaru Service Dept. gets an A I arrived 5 minutes early for my appt. and was taken straight in to do paperwork with JP. He was very efficient and courteous. My work was done quickly, I got shuttle rides to and from the Dealer....it was all very quick - I was the only one in the car so wasn't delayed by having to drop off or pick up another custome. Had to be done, but J.P. made it bearable. Had to have a rebuilt transmission installed, and between J.P. as rep and Chris' expertise as mechanic, I got my car back is record time.
