Your service technicians discovered a nail in the tre For my previous three visits, I have given your service center five-star reviews. Not this time. Your service technicians discovered a nail in the tread of one of the tires. Rather than fix it, they simply installed the spare. Your staff said something about not having the correct patch to fix it. And, they would have simply replaced it with a new tire for $213.56 if they had had one in stock.So, I was forced to drive to Escondido at a slow speed on the freeway, where the tire was fixed at no charge by Discount Tire. Apart from the inconvenience and lost time needed to repair the tire, I'm concerned about damage to the drive system because the spare is a different diameter than the other tires. More
