The two girls that my wife dealt with (I believe one was Erica) were not helpful. The were rude and my wife wanted to go somewhere else. Julien is the reason we continued the service with you. I’m glad this review popped up because he was so good it deserved a phone call but I didn’t get it done. Like I said my wife and I were willing to go further to El Cajon because of the service we got from the two first girls we dealt with. I don’t feel like I can rate the experience with stars because it wasn’t good overall. More

We are very satisfied with the care Bob Baker Subaru provided us. Tanner Knapp kept us informed and gave us updates as our repair went along. A loaner vehicle was provided while our WRX was in shop.
