I was treated with courtesy and promptly as soon as I arrived for my appointment. A loaner car was provided andI was called later to pick up my car which was cleaned and washed. Made appointment several days before / I was told the service would take until 3 to 4 pm. I did not receive a call by 4 pm so I called and was told it would be ready by 4:30 pm. Came in for a battery for my Gli that they were holding and it took Edger and parts manger 1 1/2 hours to figure out how to prorate my battery that they only gave me 4 dollars for. Wasted so much time for and it took Edger and parts manger 1 1/2 hours to figure out how to prorate my battery that they only gave me 4 dollars for. Wasted so much time for 4 dollars. On top of that two people quoted me 45.00 to give me for my battery for warranty when I called twice to make sure they both said yes 45.00 for prorated. And then the parts manager said they were wrong about price. I feel after all that they should of given it to me, Very disappointed. More
