Zach Lenfesty is an amazing Service Technician! Plus, the Bob Baker Subaru team and dealership is amazing overall! Once I was able to have my car taken in, and after the diagnostic process, I was able to discuss with Zach the electronic/computer issues with the BSD/RCTA (Blind Spot Detection/Rear Cross Traffic Alert system). He informed me of what to expect, what would happen with my car and how long it would take. He made it very easy to understand what was going on with my car and what needed to be repaired/replaced. With Zach's help, I was also able to have a loaner vehicle available for the duration of this service repair, which went by quickly! This eased my worries for the time I would be without my car. In addition, I was covered under the Gold Plus Warranty, which is well worth it. The deductible saved me from some high out-of-pocket expenses. I highly recommend purchasing the Gold Plus Warranty with any new Subaru and especially from Bob Baker Subaru! I purchased my Forester in 2017 from Bob Baker Subaru, and since then, this team has treated me with such great care and superb service. Thank you Zach and the Bob Baker Subaru team! I had my 30,000 mile service done. I was told at 25,000 miles which was the last free service that came with my new vehicle, that it would be around $500.
