It seems that every add-on I bought as extra from financing is not well organized and the service department is reluctant to do a good job. Basic service is fine. But I paid extra for ceramic coat financing is not well organized and the service department is reluctant to do a good job. Basic service is fine. But I paid extra for ceramic coating which they actually made my paint worse by embedding micro-scratches into my brand new car, I asked them to re-do it again, and they made it even worse. My wheel alignment was off since I bought my car, went back to get it aligned, and drove away with the steering wheel still being off-center. I can go on about how difficult it was for me to get in a complaint and speak to a supervisor but I'll stop here. To be honest I won't be coming back here again. You asked for a review, you got it. Everything was great, until I came back for my battery and they’d already sent it along to be recycled. Basically, cost me an extra hundred bucks since I was going to return it where I purchased it. Work was completed as requested. My only problem is being told my vehicle is ready only to show up and I'm told it's not ready and they need to keep another day.
