Service took 3.5hrs when I was told it would only take 60 to 90 minutes. Never got updated until I was looking for rep (Colton) for an update. I was given plenty of excuses, the biggest being told that “Saturdays are really busy”; however, I had an 8am appointment and I was not an unscheduled walk-in. Ended up calling out of work as available options given were not that helpful since hours of operations are limited on Saturday and by time I got off work they’d be closed. Upon receiving my car, I was told by rep (Colton) that he would call me in two weeks to schedule a complimentary detail wash/service for service taking longer than what I was promised. It’s 01/28/2021 and I have yet to receive such call or voicemail. Luckily my warranty hasn’t expired and did not have to pay out of pocket for the service done. As someone who also works in a service related industry, don’t set unrealistic expectations and make promises you can’t keep! Normally, I don’t fill these out but this time around the level of service was just horrible and below standard. More

When I dropped my car off, I was quickly greeted and told someone would help me. William was friendly and helpful when I dropped my car off and gave me an update that my car would have to stay overnight. The someone would help me. The next day, I didn't hear back all morning about what was happening to my car. I called Service and it is so difficult to get connected with someone. The music on hold is so scratchy and irritating when you're already calling in frustrated and seeking help. Please fix the holding music service! Once I was transferred to Will, it continued to ring without allowing me to leave a VM. Finally, Will called me back and told me my car just got back from the car wash and that it's ready for pickup. This was close to 1 pm! It's great to hear I can get my car back, but I planned my workday around waiting for my car with no update on what's happening. After bringing my concern up to Will, apparently the techs just went ahead and fixed it since it was covered under warranty. He explained he didn't even know the status of my car which ultimately doesn't help in communicating to me, the customer. It would've been nice to know what was happening. I normally don't take my car here to get serviced unless it's for a simple oil change. My partner brings his Subaru here and he seems to get trouble every time which sways me away from this service center. I'll stick to my other reliable service center for mileage services and check engine light. This place is closer to home, but sometimes it's not worth the hassle. Also, I should note I saw disinfectant carts, but my car was not wiped off or I was not given a wipe upon receiving my car. Thanks for everyone wearing masks though. More
