This was a very pleasant experience primarily due to her infectuous bubbly and freindly Ausie personality. Her open straight forward communications on VW products information including the ability to say "I don't know" but was willing to help you to find out, caused me to keep the Bob Baker dealership on my top list of dealerships as I continued my search for the perfect deal. Alicia eventually pointed me to Eddie who on first impression communicated an honest and energitic enthusiasm to helping me with "hands on" review of the 2012 VW GTI. Eddie was relatively new to Bob Baker but his open communication style and integrity was truly refreshing. His willingness to go the extra mile in tracking down answers and even offering alternatives to issues I had with making the deal made for an enduring and positive relationship throughout the entire car buying process. Minimal pressure, friendly people, and an efficient financing department all contributed to this. I went into the Dealership knowing what I wanted and Alex was very good at finding me what I wanted and not trying to up-sell me on something I did not want (like I experienced at Toyota). I will say that the initial cleaning of my car was not up to my standards (probably because I purchased close to closing time), but when I called Alex the next day to inform him, he told me to bring it in and it would be taken care of. I brought it in and my new GTI looked amazing after they were done with it. More
