Of the four dealership experiences ( other brands being Toyota, Ford, and Subaru), I must say that my experience with Alex was by far the most pleasant. Minimal pressure, friendly people, and an efficient financing department all contributed to this. I went into the Dealership knowing what I wanted and Alex was very good at finding me what I wanted and not trying to up-sell me on something I did not want (like I experienced at Toyota). I will say that the initial cleaning of my car was not up to my standards (probably because I purchased close to closing time), but when I called Alex the next day to inform him, he told me to bring it in and it would be taken care of. I brought it in and my new GTI looked amazing after they were done with it. More

We had to leave the dealership at one point before our purchase to go home and double check some finances, and we were floored by how easy it was to get out of there. No high-pressure tactics whatsoever. Joseph worked with us on the price, different finance options, and answered every question succinctly and honestly. After the purchase was completed, Joseph and his son stayed after hours to show us how all the fancy doo-dads on the new car worked. My overall experience was great, because it was everything you want car buying to be: fast, simple and the right price. Eddie worked with me to ensure I was getting the financing I needed and instead of playing a "game" with me, he got straight to the point.
