Alicia Floyd was my internet sales person and was able to get me very close to the price I wanted over e-mail. She was very helpful and kind. When I arrived, Greg Brock assisted me in test driving the car I had chosen and evaluating my trade in. While they wanted a few hundred more than I wanted to pay for the new 2014 Subaru Forester I bought, they also gave me $200 more than Carmax for my trade-in to even it all out. Greg was firm, when needed, but never rude. However, he did include the extended warranty and the dealer installed car alarm in my invoice even though Alicia and I had already agreed on an out the door price that did not include these items. Greg did not make it clear to me that these two items were added. Had I not reviewed each line item very carefully and reviewed the total cost closely, I might have missed it. I believe that these items are very expensive ($3,000 total added) from the dealer and not worth it. I saw that the dealer installed alarms are tiny plastic devices that are contained in a small vending machine. They look like little Lunchables packets. I am no expert but it appears that these simple plastic alarms are very cheap to manufacture and merely plug into the car's existing wiring harness. Probably takes 2 minutes to install and costs only a few dollars. No dealer would spend anywhere close to $700 to install a fancy alarm on every car that comes on their lot. Joseph Clements is the finance guy and he was very nice but his job is to sell you the above mentioned items and more. The buyers in his office before me got the harder sell (not rude but firm) but he was softer to me. He varies his tactics based on the buyer. I was very polite and listened to all of his sales pitches as it is his job to try and sell these products, such as the extended warranty, various car alarms, Lojack and paint protection. I politely declined all of these items and he did not push too hard on them. He was not able to provide me better financing terms than I already obtained through Navy Federal. As such, we signed papers and the deal was done. He did ask me to sign over my trade in to him as the first item of business but I wanted to do that item last. I didn't want to sign over my old car until I was sure that I liked the terms for the new car purchase. He was fine with that. Whole process took 2.5 hours, which is longer than I expected but they were nice and gave me free gourmet coffee. They even stayed way past closing time to close this deal. The dealership is very nice and everyone was really friendly and talkative. If you do your homework and come prepared then your buying experience will be awesome here. More

Oscar was friendly, laid back and very knowledgeable about the model we were looking at. He is not a "typical" sales guy. I was actually on my way to buy a Toyota Rav 4 when I pulled into the dealership to look at the Forester one more comprehensive in his presentation. In talking to Bill and learning all of the improvements in the 2014 Forrester, I felt certain that a Subaru was the best car to meet my specific needs. I worked with a Costco agent to assure that I could get the Costco member pricing, and then I went ahead and made the purchase on a subsequent trip. Bill was able to get me the color I wanted within 24 hours. He is a personable man who really cares for his customers. Once I took delivery of my new car, Bill sat with me and explained many of its wonderful features. I came back the next day with my phone and garage opener and got them synced to the car as well. I am a happy customer and would definitely recommend "Billy" to anyone I meet who is interested in buying a car. Subaru is well-made and building a reputation in the U.S. for making excellent cars,and the dealership has a great reputation for standing behind their cars and customers. More
