my service representative was excellent. He was very courteous. I don't know who the technician was but I received a video explanation of his assessment regarding filter elements and diagno He was very courteous. I think that showing the customer is really effective from standpoint of a person who is unsure about what is going on under the hood of the car. Luis at Subaru Carlsbad was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did he listen to our every need regarding a vehicle, but he understood that a toddler and baby present meant we needed to make the pro with.
