I found Benny right away when I went to the Bob Baker Subaru dealer in Carlsbad and am 100% pleased with my interaction with him. He was very patient and knowledgeable and guided me through the various options and helped me find the exact car and color (very important to me) that I wanted. When I received delivery of the car, he spent a great deal of time going over the many features, making sure that I understood how they worked and he offered to be a resource for me in the future when I have any questions about them. I believe the price we negotiated was very fair and I was not able to get any large volume LA dealers to give me enough of an incentive to make the hike up north to buy a car from them. At the end of the day, it is nice to do business with a local dealer. Oscar also taught me how to "take a picture" of my iPhone screen which is a great thing to know how to do as well! More
