She had a great experience with Billy and walked away with a Forester the first day she went in to the dealership. I took her advice and went to Bob Baker to look at the different Forester models. I worked with Billy and Paul, as I didn't call ahead to schedule an appointment, and both guys were extremely helpful and courteous. After two visits to the dealership, and having to go back to get the car I was trading in, I bought a new Forester.
