Jenna Mastrouni & Eric Wilson - 2015 Subaru WRX Billy was so helpful, very honest & down to earth. Billy is a now a new friend of mine, Jenna Mastrouni & Eric Wilson (the buyer of the WRX). We have kept in touch with Billy since we bought the car & he makes sure to ask us how we are doing & if we have any questions about the WRX, even outside of work. He's a genuinely nice, respectful person. Because he was such a huge help, Eric & I managed to get him & some friends into the Made in America Festival yesterday to see Sublime with Rome for free & party it up!! Eric Wilson (the owner of the wrx) is the founder of sublime & is still the bass player in the band. I know Billy was super excited about that! Ha! Nice guy, no runaround, and was very pleasant to work with. FYI, from my experience they do not haggle on the Costco price. At all. I'm still waiting on some basic accessories to be installed and it's looking like 5-7 days; you would think they'd have this stuff in the parts store, or be able to expedite, especially for new cars. We had been looking to buy an Outback for months before going to Bob Baker. On our initial visit to the dealership we were approached by a salesperson that said he just got back from vacation and knew nothing about the current deals being offered on the Outback. He refused to get a key to open the car so we could see inside stating that the dealership closed in an hour. Leaving frustrated but wanting to give Bob Baker another try, we emailed the dealership relaying the details of our first experience with their company. Tracey called us almost immediately and personally saw to it that our next visit to their lot was better. She more than exceeded our expectations. Not only did she have a selection of great Outbacks waiting for us to view, she also set us up with the best car salesperson we have ever had. Alexander knew every detail of the Outback including it's driving capabilities, safety record, and features. He gave us his full attention and moved the car buying process along as quickly and efficiently as possible. Throughout the process he seemed more than happy to take care of us and had a positive, upbeat attitude. When we were transferred to Joseph for financing he also exceeded our expectations with his friendliness and efficiency. He made sure we received the additional options we wanted without the pressure tactics. Thank you Alexander, Tracey & Joseph!
